This hotel is close to the Keikyu train line and thus during the day you can hear the train going by and the conductor announcements and station arrival chimes. It didn't bother me, but for some it may be too noisy. But hey, this is Tokyo. The breakfast is simple with rice or onigiri, soup, salad, and tamago set out buffet-style by sweet Japanese elderly ladies. They let you eat in the lobby or give you a box to take it up to your room. Wifi was very good and consistent.

Loved the one person bedroom. Was a nice private room, with own full bathroom. Also had a place to do laundry in the lobby and hang clothes in the room as well, even had a clothes freshener spray, which was a nice touch
